Here at Remoteunlocker we can unlock most popular phones without you having to post it away or taking it to a shop. Our method of unlocking your phone is completely safe and you cannot damage your phone using this method.
We have been involved in the mobile industry for over 15 years, and have been trading online since early 2000. We moved away from selling unlocking hardware in 2003 to concentrate solely on selling remote unlocking solutions, such as unlock codes and cable unlocks. We have been selling unlock codes since 2001 online, and believe this makes us one of the longest established code suppliers in the world today.
Account
You do not need to create an account with us to place an order, but we suggest you do. If you create an account before you order it means, in future, you do not have to enter all your details, and you can login and track the status of any current order(s) with us, and, if required, retrieve unlock codes from a previous order. We do not spam you with emails like some companies, and we only send newsletter emails around 3-4 times a year. You can sign up for an account by clicking here
Payment Options
You can pay for any of our services using your credit or debit card through the Paypal payment system. This is a completely safe way to pay for your goods, as we never see your card details. You do not need to register an account with Paypal to make a payment to us.
Other Information
To be kept informed of any new products we may have on offer, please sign up for our newsletter. We do not spam you, and only send emails 2 or 3 times a year. If you are unsure if you can use one of our products to unlock your phone, please email us and we will be pleased to help. We try to answer all emails the same day, even at weekends.
IMEI Number Changing
It is illegal to alter or change IMEI numbers on cellular phones in the UK, punishable with up to 5 years in prison. If you ask us to do this, or how to do it we will delete your email. We will not do it for anyone or for any reason so do not ask. If your phone has been reported lost or stolen, then it will probably be barred from all the UK networks (assuming you are in UK). We cannot fix this. If we generate an unlock code for a phone that is barred, then it will not work. You will not get a refund in this situation. If you are unsure of the origin (maybe you bought the phone at a car boot sale, market, second hand shop etc) then we suggest you check with the any of the networks to make sure the phone is not barred before you pay to have it unlocked. In the event we believe you are trying to gain a refund for an unlock code used on a stolen or lost phone we reserve the right to check this ourselves. If we do check and it is reported lost or stolen, if requested we will provide the networks with any information requested that we can.
